These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between RewardsZo, the owner and operator of the website located at https://rewardszo.com, including all its sub-domains, mobile applications, dashboards, interfaces, application programming interfaces, features, reward mechanisms, tools, software and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), and any person who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform (“User”, “you”, or “your”). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and use of the Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated in compliance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all applicable consumer protection, advertising, contract, and cyber security laws. Where the Platform is accessed by individuals located in the European Union or European Economic Area, processing of personal data shall additionally comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). Nothing contained herein shall exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot be lawfully waived under applicable law.
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who are legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or that you are accessing the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you are using the Platform on behalf of any entity, organization, or legal person, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Your access to and continued use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. RewardsZo reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modification shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
RewardsZo operates a digital rewards, loyalty, and incentive-based platform that enables users to participate in promotional programs, track qualifying activities, earn reward points, cashback, vouchers, coupons, or other incentives, and redeem such rewards subject to eligibility criteria, verification mechanisms, and applicable conditions. RewardsZo does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, value, continuity, or redemption of any reward and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, program, or reward structure without prior notice or liability.
Certain features of the Platform require the creation of a registered user account. You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update such information as required. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. RewardsZo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, manipulates, or harms the Platform, its systems, reward mechanisms, or other users. Any attempt to create fake accounts, automate interactions, manipulate rewards, submit fraudulent information, or exploit technical vulnerabilities shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of rewards, and legal action.
Rewards, points, or incentives earned through the Platform do not constitute legal tender, have no monetary value unless expressly stated, and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Rewards may be subject to expiry, verification, suspension, or cancellation at RewardsZo’s discretion. RewardsZo shall not be responsible for redemption failures due to incorrect user information, third-party service issues, or enforcement of these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, logos, content, software, user interface designs, algorithms, and databases, are owned by or licensed to RewardsZo. No rights are granted except as expressly provided herein. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.
RewardsZo processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR. RewardsZo acts as a Data Fiduciary under Indian law and a Data Controller under GDPR. Personal data is collected and processed for lawful purposes including performance of contractual obligations, legal compliance, consent, and legitimate business interests. Users have the right to access, correct, erase, withdraw consent, nominate representatives, and seek grievance redressal in accordance with applicable law. Personal data may be stored or processed outside India or the EU subject to legally permissible safeguards. In the event of a personal data breach, RewardsZo shall notify affected users and authorities within statutory timelines.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RewardsZo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardsZo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to RewardsZo in the preceding twelve (12) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RewardsZo, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
RewardsZo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall cease and unredeemed rewards may lapse.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
